We currently ship to locations within India. International shipping is not available now.

2. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard delivery times vary based on location:
  • Domestic Shipping: India
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the order value, order weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount mentioned in the application itself.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can track your order through our application, tracking link will be displayed.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. StreetMall Commerce is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@streetmallcommerce.shop within 2-3 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund or replacement.
